CONVEYORS

MANUAL ROLLER CONVEYORS – RUK

It is one of the most important and basic parts of Transfer Systems. The transfer of the products is carried out by giving kinetic movement with the help of manpower after being placed on the conveyor. Thanks to gravity rollers, it is very economical and useful since it does not require any extra energy.

Roller Conveyors are also produced in special sizes to meet the needs of the enterprise by determining the conveyor length, roll dimensions and transfer capacity beforehand.
The rollers used in roller conveyors consist of steel pipe and shaft. Thanks to the covers and bearings on both sides, it provides the movement of the rotating and conveyor systems.

TRANSFER TROLLEY

They are roller trolleys or benches designed to ease production within the enterprise and to make transfer systems more useful. It is generally used in rollerless conveyor systems.

ROLLER ROTARY CONVEYOR – DRK

It is the wheeled version of the roller manual fixed conveyors that can rotate 360 degrees on a circle rail fixed to the ground. In roller conveyor lines, it is usually mounted in the middle and allows the transported product to rotate 180 degrees on the same line.

ROLLER TRANSFER TROLLEY – TRA

It is a kind of fixed wheel conveyor that provides the linear passage of the processed material from one conveyor to the other and acts as a bridge. It requires manual movement on the rails for the transfer to take place. The widths and roller types are the same as the roller conveyor system.

ROLLER FREE TROLLEY – STA

It is a free wheeled transport vehicle with rollers, which is used to take the material to be processed in the enterprise from the machine or the roller conveyor line and reach other roller system elements or conveyors. In order to carry out the transportation process, the material taken from any machine, bench or forklift must be transferred to the free transport cart and then delivered to the conveyors or any loading elevator.
Thanks to the free transport trolleys, a complete transfer is realized with less power. Since it has the same dimensions as roller conveyors, it enables the transportation of products that need special transfer or bypass in enterprises with roller conveyor system.

STOPER – STP

It is a mechanical system located at the beginning and end of the roller conveyor lines, preventing the products from slipping over the conveyor line. It is used in open and closed positions as in the picture.

HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC LIFT

It is a type of lift that moves with hydraulic power, usually in the form of a roller or flat platform, which can be moved up / down with an automatic photocell or foot pedal, where the inlet and outlet parts of the machines are placed. With its fixed or wheeled models, it can work in integration with various types of machines in all kinds of sectors and factories.
The rollers of the elevators with the top roller platform are activated when they are in the lowest position, and the processed package can only be moved in this state. When it rises from the bottom level, the rolls will be disabled and the package will not move. The elevator is at the lowest level, that is, when it is closed, it is 250 mm high and if there is a roller conveyor system, it works at the same level.

LOADING AND UNLOADING ELEVATOR – YBA

It is a product lifting platform that is placed at the entrance and exit parts of the machines and automatically rises as the thickness of the piece after the operator manually delivers the workpiece to the machine.

It is the initial lift used in front-loading panel sizing and CNC machining machines. Since it is resistant to heavy loads, it can be loaded in bulk.

(EDGE BANDING MACHINE AUTOMATIC RETURN CONVEYOR)

It is a kind of return conveyor that automatically returns the pieces that are banded on the Edge Banding machines to the starting point

Yogela system consists of 5 modules: Air Moving Table, Belt Transfer Conveyor, Slowing Conveyor, Air Table and Hydraulic Automatic Lift.

The Air Moving Table transfers the finished part to the Band Transfer Conveyor. The Belt Transfer Conveyor and the Slowing Conveyor advance the good and bring it up to the Air Table.

Air Table between the Slowing Conveyor and The Operator allows the parts to be quickly and practically rotated on the table and loaded to the system with the edge to be banded.

The Hydraulic Automatic Lift can be used at the entrance of the edge banding machine and at the out of the Air Table. It automatically goes up and down with the photocells, according to the thickness of parts.

It does not need to bend or stand up when loading the parts piece by piece. Due to work safety and safety regulations, the difficulties in edge banding have been removed with Yogela, which does not bother the operator, increases work efficiency and improves the quality of the parts.

Thanks to its strong structure consisting of steel plates, sheet metal and its belt conveyor structure, both products move safety and the risk of scratching is reduced.

Since it synchronizes with the edge banding machine it is possible to adjust the moving speed. Depending on the part width and length, the speed of rolls or the movement of the band can be accelerated or slowed down.
